Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 29 September 2026
These Terms govern your use of this website and the freight forwarding services provided by JCTRANCE FREIGHT PRIVATE LIMITED (“JCTrance Freight”). By using the website or instructing us, you agree to these Terms.
This template is not legal advice. Please have it reviewed by your legal counsel and align it with your standard trading conditions (e.g. FFFAI STC).
1. Quotations
Quotations are based on the information you provide and on carrier tariffs at the time of quoting. They are valid for the period stated and exclude duties, taxes, storage, demurrage, inspection and other charges unless expressly included. Rates may change due to carrier surcharges or currency fluctuations.
2. Your obligations
- Provide accurate descriptions, weights, dimensions, values and HS codes for all cargo.
- Declare any dangerous, restricted or perishable goods in advance.
- Ensure goods are properly packed, marked and compliant with export and import laws.
3. Standard trading conditions
All services are subject to our Standard Trading Conditions, available on request, and to the terms of the relevant carriers’ bills of lading or air waybills. In case of conflict, those documents prevail over this page.
4. Liability
Our liability is limited as set out in our Standard Trading Conditions and applicable international conventions. We strongly recommend cargo insurance for full-value cover, which we can arrange on request.
5. Payment
Invoices are payable within the agreed credit terms. We may exercise a lien over goods for unpaid charges.
6. Website use

7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
