FAQ

Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL) FAQs

What is the difference between FCL and LCL?

FCL (Full Container Load) means you use a whole container. LCL (Less than Container Load) means your cargo shares a container with others, and you pay per CBM.

When should I choose FCL over LCL?

FCL usually becomes cheaper above roughly 13–15 CBM, and it offers faster transit and less handling.

Which Indian ports do you ship from?

Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Mundra, Chennai, Kolkata, Cochin, Tuticorin and ICDs such as Tughlakabad and Patparganj.
